National Chemistry Week (NCW) GTP's “Science Is Fun” Team plans to celebrate the National Chemistry Week (NCW) with students from the Northeast Bradford School District (5th to 8th grades) through a series of hands- on science activities which highlight the acid- base properties, properties of chemical reaction and property changes under liquid nitrogen. Experiments mostly involve food illustration since the theme for the 2014 NCW is “The Sweet Side of Chemistry”.
October 29th, 30th, and 31st and November 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th during school hours in the Elementary School Library. Extended hours will be available on Wednesday, October 29th and Wednesday, November 5th until 6pm.
Safe Trick-or-Treat will now be held on Thursday, October 30th, from 5:30-7 p.m. at the High School.
